The NYS certified scale at Taylor Montgomery in Orange County, NY is open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday and 7:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday (call for Saturday hours in January and February).

We are open to anyone needing to dispose of construction and demolition debris or purchase materials manufactured at our facility such as Mulch and Stone product (if you’re purchasing materials, don’t forget your tarp).

Simply pull onto our scale, park and walk over to our service window. Our friendly staff will help get you in, out and on your way.

Taylor staff will even help you off-load, if you require assistance.

The safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority at Taylor. Some things to remember while on our site:

  • The speed limit is 10 miles per hour everywhere on the site;
  • Use the same courtesy on the scale as you would at an intersection with two-way stop signs: alternating sides enter the scale, one in-bound, one out-bound;
  • Watch for pedestrians and wildlife;
  • Protect your hands and feet;
  • Use extra care when backing up and dumping material.
